Questions and answers
Who is Blue Rock Capital Group?
Blue Rock Capital Group is a sponsor and development company based in Georgetown, Texas. It entitles land and delivers infrastructure across Central Texas, and it manages development joint ventures. Homes on projects of affiliated companies are built by Blue Rock Construction, an affiliated general contractor.
Is Blue Rock Construction part of Blue Rock Capital Group?
No. Blue Rock Construction LLC is an affiliated Texas limited liability company. It is not owned by Blue Rock Capital Group LLC and is a separate legal entity.
I own land in Central Texas. Will you look at it?
Yes. We review land across Central Texas, with particular depth in Williamson County. Depending on the land and your goals, the options can be an outright purchase or a joint venture in which the land is contributed. Submitting your land is not an offer and does not create any agreement.
What should I send about my land?
Acreage, county and location are enough to start. Anything you know about utilities, current zoning or use, road frontage, and a survey or plat helps. An asking price is optional.
Do you work with homebuilders?
Yes. We entitle and develop finished lots for homebuilders. At The Grove at Granger, lots are under contract for sale to a homebuilder. If you are looking for lot positions in Williamson County and the surrounding market, tell us what you build and where.
I am a lender. How can I learn more about the company?
Contact us to discuss our qualifications. We are glad to talk about our principals, who have 56+ combined years of experience, our track record, and our current projects.
What work does Blue Rock Construction do?
Underground utilities installed from plans prepared by the project's licensed engineer, site and subdivision infrastructure construction, construction management support, client-owned custom homes on a fee basis, design/build with licensed design professionals, and commercial and residential general construction.
How can a trade contractor or supplier work with Blue Rock Construction?
Send your information through the trades and vendors form. Our onboarding asks each trade partner for a W-9, certificates of insurance showing the coverages our subcontract requires, a signed subcontract agreement, and a trade license where the trade requires one. Requirements vary by project. Work is awarded only under a signed written subcontract. Please do not send a W-9, tax ID or Social Security number through the form.
Where do you work?
Across Central Texas, from our base in Georgetown, with particular depth in the Williamson County corridor.
