Who we are

This website is run by Blue Rock Capital Group LLC in Georgetown, Texas (“we”). Blue Rock Construction LLC is an affiliated company and a separate legal entity. If you use the trades and vendors form or ask us about construction, we pass your inquiry to Blue Rock Construction LLC.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, phone and company; for land submissions, the property details you give us, including an optional asking price; for trades and vendors, your trade, service area, and whether you can provide a W-9, insurance certificates and a license number. Please do not put Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers or bank details in any form. If we need those documents, we will ask for them separately. This website does not use cookies or analytics tools.

How we use it

To review and respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a possible transaction or working relationship with you, and to keep business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Your submission is delivered through our website host, Netlify (netlify.com), which receives and stores submissions for us and makes them available to us, including by email. Netlify uses service providers, including a spam-filtering service, to process submissions. We may share it with our affiliated Blue Rock companies, and with advisers, title companies, surveyors, lenders or venture partners where needed to evaluate or carry out a transaction with you. As our website host, Netlify also receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for up to 24 months and then delete them. We keep a brief record of joint venture inquiries (who contacted us, when and how) for up to five years. If we begin a transaction or working relationship with you, we keep the records of it for as long as we need them.

Your choices

Email ron@bluerockconstruction.net to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Changes

If we add cookies or new services, we will update this page and its date.
