Joint venture and land partners
Blue Rock Capital Group serves as manager of development joint ventures. Blue Rock Construction, an affiliated general contractor, may be engaged under a separate written contract for construction work on development ventures.
At The Grove at Granger, the venture partner brought the entitled land into the venture. Blue Rock Capital Group manages the venture, and Blue Rock Construction is the contractor for the horizontal work.
We are open to conversations with landowners who would rather contribute land to a venture than sell it outright, and with development and construction partners who want to work with a sponsor that has an affiliated general contractor. Any venture would be negotiated and documented separately.
