1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to

This website is run by Blue Rock Capital Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company in Georgetown, Texas (“we” or “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle information you submit.

2. Affiliated companies

“Blue Rock” on this website refers to Blue Rock Capital Group LLC, Blue Rock Construction LLC and other affiliated companies. Each is a separate legal entity and is not responsible for the obligations of another unless it has agreed to be responsible in a signed writing. Blue Rock Construction LLC is not owned by Blue Rock Capital Group LLC. Projects described as affiliate projects are owned by separate companies, not by Blue Rock Capital Group LLC.

3. Information only; no offer

This website describes our business and our work. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other investment interest, and nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell land, to lend, to borrow or to award work. Any such offer would be made only through separate definitive documents and, for any investment interest, only to persons with whom Blue Rock Capital Group LLC already has a relationship. No agreement is formed except by a written contract that we have signed.

Information about projects and their status is as of the date shown on the page or, if none is shown, as of the “Last updated” date of these terms, and it may change without notice. Past results do not predict future results. Statements about plans, schedules or expectations are forward-looking and may not happen. Please do not rely on this website in making a financial, lending, purchasing, investment or hiring decision. Rely only on signed written agreements and on your own investigation.

5. No professional advice

This website is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering, design or other professional advice, and using it does not create an advisory or professional relationship with us.

6. What you send us

You can send us information through our contact, land and trades forms. Submissions through the trades and vendors form are passed to Blue Rock Construction LLC, and in this section “we” and “us” include Blue Rock Construction LLC for those submissions. By sending a submission, you agree that:

• Your submission is not an offer, bid, application or request that obliges either of us. It does not create a contract, an exclusive arrangement, a prequalified status or any duty to respond, buy, sell, borrow, invest or award work.
• We are not acting as a broker, agent or finder for you, and no commission, referral fee or other compensation is owed or promised for a submission unless a separate signed written agreement says so.
• We do not treat your submission as confidential unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement with you. We may be reviewing, or may already own, other land or opportunities in the same area.
• What you submit is true to your knowledge, and you have the right to send it.
• Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers or bank details.

We may decline, ignore or stop discussing any submission.

7. Ownership and permitted use

The text, graphics, logos, photographs and design of this website belong to Blue Rock Capital Group LLC, its affiliates or their licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and print or share a page for your own non-commercial use if you keep our notices intact. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse the content for other purposes, use our names or logos, or imply that we endorse you, without our written permission. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.

8. Links to other sites

Links to other websites, including the Blue Rock Construction website and our affiliates' social media pages, are for convenience. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. No warranties

Our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas or federal law, or affects any signed written agreement between you and us.

Texas law governs these terms and your use of this website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
