What we ask for

Our onboarding asks each trade partner for:

  • A current W-9
  • Certificates of insurance showing the coverages our subcontract requires
  • A signed subcontract agreement
  • Your trade license, where the trade requires one

Requirements vary by project. Work is awarded only under a signed written subcontract.

The work spans subdivision infrastructure, single-family homes and duplexes, municipal water lines, site work, and smaller residential and commercial projects.

Can you provide a current W-9?

Please do not send a W-9, tax ID or Social Security number through this form. We collect those separately.

Do you carry general liability insurance and can you provide a certificate?
Workers' compensation coverage

Answering here does not waive any insurance requirement. Our subcontract may require workers' compensation coverage or a signed waiver for sole proprietors.

For example plumbing, electrical or HVAC licenses.
